TERMS & CONDITIONS OF YOUR HOLIDAY RESERVATION

Reservations

Provisional reservations can be made by phone or email. All provisional bookings must be followed up with a completed booking form and full non-fundable deposit (see below) � this must be received within 5 days of the initial reservation. Following the receipt of the booking form and deposit, a confirmation invoice and statement will be sent to the client by Etang Tissier. This constitutes a formal acceptance of the booking.

Lake deposit

£100 per person per week booked, or

£400 per group booking per weeK

No deposit required for non-anglers

Balance of payment

The balance of all bookings must be received no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. If full payment is not received by the date it falls due, Etang Tissier reserves the right to cancel the booking with no return of deposit. Any chargeable expenses arising during the period of the holiday should be settled locally with us before departure

Cancellations

Within 8 weeks of date of holiday with regret no refund will be paid out. We will offer a credit of 1/3 of the full price of the cancelled holiday to be carried forward as deposit or part-payment of a future booking. Etang Tissier Etang Tissier reserves the right to cancel at any time. Etang Tissier will not be liable for any temporary defect or stoppage by public services to the property in respect of any equipment or appliances in the property nor any loss, damage or injury as a result of adverse weather conditions or any other matter howsoever caused.

Access for your carp fishing holiday

Access to Etang Tissier French carp fishing lake outside of the booked holiday period is at the discretion of the owner.

Day of Arrival

Clients will have right of access from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival with NO right of access before this time unless previously agreed with the owner in writing.

Departure

Clients must depart by 10.00 am. The client is not entitled to remain on the property after this time (French time).

Cancellations

All clients are strongly recommended to arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation, and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings.
